“package got a little lost but the customer service was very fast and friendly, stuff like that happens but its always very nice when its handled quick and unproblematic.”

Hello, Thank you very much for your review. We are so sorry to hear that Royal Mail lost your order! We will always offer refunds or replacements to items lost by any courier service. The box (as per the description) is not included in the item you purchased as it's too large. Unfortunately, if we sent the items in the box, everything would be damaged. “My order still hasn’t arrived, it’s two weeks late despite paying for delivery. Similarly to another review I’ve received no updates at all apart from the ones I’ve chased up myself, poor customer service. Where is my refund which you have promised another customer but not me, I asked and it was “out of your hands”. 1 Star ⭐️.”

Hello Keaton, As explained to you via email, Royal Mail are a separate company and we cannot control their delivery times. Your order was given to Royal Mail within 24hrs, however they appear to have lost/ delayed it. We have been in touch with you to arrange a replacement item which is on its way. “i ordered the septum piercing kit and it came in about three days which is brilliant! i personally found that the Pennington forceps hurt a lot more than the actual piercing so i didn’t use them in the end as it was causing unnecessary pain, if i want to pierce anything again i’ll probably look to just order the needle but all the extras (wipes, gloves etc) were very useful. the jewellery was quite small so i had to twist it open to get it on, so maybe a bigger hoop was required i also lost the ball and have been wearing it open ended with no problems. I’ve had it just under two weeks and have had no irritation or infection!”

Hello, As explained to you via telephone, please wait one working day for a reply to your email. We were unable to give you more information about your order when you called, as you called outside of office hours. You also demanded a tracking number, yet chose standard 'non tracked' delivery... We cannot provide a tracking number if you select non-tracked delivery. Lastly, you have not lost $60. As we previously stated, if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, you will be offered a refund or replacement. Regards, Single Needle.

“Everything arrived within 2 days of ordering and it arrived on Christmas eve which surprised me but I was delighted ill deffo be getting from here again everything was sealed perfectly the ink I got is so dark and goes in the skin so well only downside is the bottle leaks a bit if you squeeze it but I learned not to do that but 10/10 very happy”
