“Tattoo kits are cool but the store is a bit disorganized. First they took too many days to ship my order until I emailed them and when order came some of needles were missing. Obviously everything was delivered later but unfortunately that's the first impression I've got.”

“I received my kit well packaged, with everything, but I can't use the ink as the expiry date is December 2020, and I received it on December 2020... I tried to join the company, with no response for now.”

Hello, Thank you for getting in touch. You have not yet received a reply because you emailed on a Saturday which is not a working day... I am sorry for any inconvenience regarding the ink. A recent batch was wrongly labelled. There is no issue with the ink, however we will send out a free replacement on Monday. You will be notified of this via email shortly. Kind regards Tom
