Paid for tracking. I could track my package as much as I could any other package without tracking. Its been 10 business days and I still have not received the goods. Very disappointed.

ordered 15 needles (3orders of 5) and only got 5 and on top of that 2 months past the expected delivery. The needles are fine but beyond disappointed for this service.

They charged me 10 aditional euros for the Aduana either I paid it or i didn't get the product. There should be a warning somewhere

Hello, The charge you are referring to is the import tax that you are liable for when purchasing products from outside of the EU. We notify you of this in the Terms and Conditions and on the Delivery Information page. These charges are not covered by the original shipping charge or product cost, and Single Needle Ltd (we) are not liable for these costs. All import taxes must be paid by the receiving customer. Failure to make payment will result in the item being returned. Should your order be returned due to a failed customs payment, you will be offered a refund minus the combined cost of postage and return postage. Should you wish to receive a replacement, you will be liable for covering the combined postage cost of the return postage and replacement postage. Never received my order... The shop doesn't reply to me anymore. I lost my money... Can't upload a photo or video as I never received my items. I am so disapointed.

I purchased an item the 28th of December and today, 5th of July, it hasn't arrived to Spain yet. I asked them to resend the item and paid 12€ for the shipping. Never arrived. I asked for a refund. They wouldn't accept. This is the second time something like this happens with this company. I've paid almost 70€ for nothing. Disgusting.

As we have already stated to you, your tracking number shows your item has been delivered and there is photographic evidence of this. If you no longer want the product, you may return it for a refund... However we cannot issue a refund if you refuse to return the order. Regards, Tom

If you're within the EU then I recommend you choose another supply store. Not only you need to pay for shipping but also customs (information that although is available in the website, it's not mentioned as a warning when you're doing your purchase). I paid shipment+18€ to customs only to get my package returned to sender. So I'm left with no money and no package, still waiting for a refund. Worst experience I've had with an online purchase.

Ink was poor, dried quick on the needle and skin making it hard to clean the skin and see where the needle is going, and also came out the skin easily and had to go over it many times, took 5+ hours to do two 10 pence size tattoos

Customer service very poor, I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY AT ALL, I give this company a no star rating, I ordered 1x100 wipes, they sent me 1 single wipe and charged me, they would not send a returns label to send order back, for my refund, very, very poor customer service.

My order still hasn’t arrived, it’s two weeks late despite paying for delivery. Similarly to another review I’ve received no updates at all apart from the ones I’ve chased up myself, poor customer service. Where is my refund which you have promised another customer but not me, I asked and it was “out of your hands”. 1 Star ⭐️.

Hello Keaton, As explained to you via email, Royal Mail are a separate company and we cannot control their delivery times. Your order was given to Royal Mail within 24hrs, however they appear to have lost/ delayed it. We have been in touch with you to arrange a replacement item which is on its way. Hello, As explained to you via telephone, please wait one working day for a reply to your email. We were unable to give you more information about your order when you called, as you called outside of office hours. You also demanded a tracking number, yet chose standard 'non tracked' delivery... We cannot provide a tracking number if you select non-tracked delivery. Lastly, you have not lost $60. As we previously stated, if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, you will be offered a refund or replacement. Regards, Single Needle.

I received my kit well packaged, with everything, but I can't use the ink as the expiry date is December 2020, and I received it on December 2020... I tried to join the company, with no response for now.

Hello, Thank you for getting in touch. You have not yet received a reply because you emailed on a Saturday which is not a working day... I am sorry for any inconvenience regarding the ink. A recent batch was wrongly labelled. There is no issue with the ink, however we will send out a free replacement on Monday. You will be notified of this via email shortly. Kind regards Tom

all my other inks have from single needle have been great but the yellow ink i received was terrible :/ the pigment is rly week which was very disappointing :((((
