“Take the tracked option. Quite strange to me that it is not automatically tracked and you have to pay extra for it. I am in the US and there is no way for me to know where my package is. Its been nearly a month since I ordered so international customers be aware. After getting in contact with single they said I should get into contact with customs/USPS to check on my package. I don't really know how they expect me to do that without a tracking number...”

Hello, I am really sorry that your order hasn't arrived. Sadly, we are not able to offer tracked delivery as standard because of the cost, we do however offer the choice between standard and tracked delivery on all orders. USPS are able to locate orders based on name and delivery address, we therefore suggested you attend your local depot to see if any items were being held for you. Due to the difference in countries, it would be impractical for us to attend on your behalf. Please rest assured that your order will be delivered or your money back. “I’m so incredibly happy with my purchase, everything was packed hygienically and the quality and sharpness of the needles was incredible. I pierced my nose and labret and they just slid in with no problems. The piercing clamps were very sturdy and well made too. Fast delivery too. Definitely going to order again!”
