“I recommend the store. They have good products and the prices are appropriate. They also have vegan products which is nice. The only drawback is that the package takes a long time to arrive.”

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that your order arrived incomplete and late. Your order was packed and dispatched within 24hrs of purchase... I have contacted Royal Mail to find out why there was a postal delay. I have also sent you an email requesting the items missing from your order, these will be resend with some addition items for compensation. I haven't yet had a reply. “I have not gotten my package yet it has been a little over a week I will not be buying from here again because they take so long to answer emails and it takes forever to ship Update I finally got package everything seems to be in there. I had a little trouble with the transfer gel but I think that was my fault. But overall pretty good you just have to wait awhile for it to get there.”

“I am very happy with the kit itself. It contains everything I need and every piece is of good quality. I am dissapointed with the customer service though. My order has not arrived on time. It was not easy to get in touch with managing director since he took 3-4 days for reply. Also I was told that re-delivery would be FREE of 7,40 and this seemed legit, cause the order did not arrive on time. However, after exchanging several emails it turned out that the managing director meant FEE of 7,40 not FREE of... and said it was a "typo". "Typo" that changes a lot. Not only was I dissapointed with the fact that I have to cover the re-delivery cost, but also due to this "typo"the whole re-delivery process took two weeks more.”

“it arrived in the expected amount of time, but inside it was still pretty underwhelming. my issue was mainly the instruction book : it looked like whoever made it was just too lazy to give it a little more effort. i could foresee some people still using it wrong because the instructions could still be more detailed, but luckily we have youtube to clarify any questions. it would also be even better for people with zero knowledge/experience for every item to be labelled somehow (there are some really unintelligent people out there and its best to be 100% safe). overall still very good, happy with everything, purchasing more supplies soon”
