“the condition of everything was perfect which is why I give it a high rating although my witch hazel product was missing, also I did think it was a shame that the wipes were so small but overall the needles and ink worked really well”

Hello Jelena, Thank you for your review. I apologize for any confusion, the manufacture has discontinued the witch hazel wipes and we are now supplying moist cleansing wipes instead. These were included in your order. Kind regards, Tom

I can see from your email correspondence that it was delivered within the expected delivery period as stated on our website under 'Delivery Information'. Regarding you purchasing the wrong kit, I am sorry you felt the names were confusing. For clarification, the practice kit is for practicing on silicone, the hand poke kit is for real skin, and the combo kit is for practicing on silicone before tattooing real skin. Many thanks, Single Needle --- 'Hallo, Het spijt me dat u het gevoel heeft dat uw bestelling te lang heeft geduurd. Ik kan aan uw e-mailcorrespondentie zien dat het levering was binnen de verwachte leveringstermijn zoals vermeld op onze website onder 'Bezorginformatie'. Wat betreft het kopen van de verkeerde kit, het spijt me dat u de namen verwarrend vond. Ter verduidelijking: de oefenkit is bedoeld om te oefenen, de handpokkit is bedoeld voor de huid en de combinatiekit is bedoeld om te oefenen op een siliconenhuid voordat je een echte huid tatoeëert.
