“I would not recommend working at this company. There is a significant lack of professionalism in various areas. Despite being on a zero-hour contract, there’s an expectation that you should always be available at the last minute. There is no sick pay, and after just 1-2 days of training, you are often left to work alone with minimal support. The overall respect for employees and their work is lacking, with frequent messages and calls on days off, and the rota is constantly changing. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive.”

“We came from Switzerland and visited the shop in Islington at about 17.30. The young man didn’t even look up from his laptop to greet us nor did he look once when my husband tried on some clothing. We have never come across anything like it and decided to leave again although my husband would have bought a few things like last year when the service was wonderful. What a shame.”
