“I have just completed the booking process and can confirm that your concierge Danielle was extremely helpful and diligent in finding the best holiday that suited my needs. I had some doubts about the re-opening of the hotel, the siting of the junior suite - "doors opening onto the beach" and the use of various facilities. She made contact with the resort and was able to confirm verbally that the resort would be fully up and running on 1 Nov without on-going maintenance work and had responses to the other questions from the hotel. “We enjoyed the holiday but only after the hotel moved us to a hotel that met the need we specified as essential for my wife. My wife is disabled and needs a separate bed with a walk in shower. We also requested a balcony as she needs periods of quiet.
The hotel booked for us did not have any such rooms. Only after wasting a hour in the early morning did the hotel offer to move us to another hotel that meet our needs. Albeit a different room for the first night.
After spending time and phone calls to your staff making sure our needs could be met did we place the booking.”
