“Item received had a small fault in the stitching, this was obvious to me on taking out the parcel, why was this not spotted and a refund issued ?? Now I have had to send back at my expensive.”

“Well, I can't say that was a 100% positive experience to shop at sws because I still didn't get the parcel I was tempted by the promo "spend 200 euros and get free dhl shipping". However my parcel was shipped via Royal Mail and it takes about a month to reach Russia. So I'm a bit dissapointed. Why didn't they contact me to let me know that the parcel can't be shipped via DHL. If they did I'd prefer UPS in this case. Royal mail... Uh. For example the same situation occured when I ordered some stuff from holland retailer Fransboone. But they contact me in one hour and let me choose shipping method. So my mark is normal not to say poor.”

“The Paul Smith Plankton Swim Shorts that I purchased were the cheapest I could find on the net. They arrived the next day in a rather attractive "small" economical folding tabbed box, which was nice to see. A1! Many Thanks, Gray”
