In favour of Size I got a full refund and £5 courtesy offer off my next purchase. Good customer service but I won’t order from Size again.

Am putting another review on as I already put one on before I sent my order back. 14 days later I still haven't received a refund. And now the trainers have gone down in price so guess I won't b getting my £70 back. This is ridiculous everytine I email you I never even get a reply

Returned 2 pairs Nike Air trainers ordered online to store. 19 days later still waiting for £150 refund ( receipts for return state 5-10 days) Not good....

As per many users before me, I gave this company money in good faith for a product advertised on their website. They cancelled the order. Didn't tell me they had done this. Didn't give me the courtesy of a reason. Haven't given me a refund. Absolutely appalling

Same as a few of the other reviews. Won the raffle, they took the money and then they never delivered. They are now saying out of stock (raffle win!) and will refund my money at some point.

Received a pair of trainers that were far smaller than described. Having returned them with a postal address they sent me (Hermes), they are telling me the tracking reference I have given them doesn’t match.
I have now opened up a PayPal case to get my £105 refund. Atrocious service and Hermes are equally atrocious. Won’t ever use either again.

I have been waiting almost three weeks for a refund, the store advise they can do nothing in house and i must contact customer service, customer service requested proof of return of the goods, which I did they then emailed to say I must go back to the store for a refund, in the meantime, still no refund!!! or explination of why I have been misadvised by all staff members.

After 9 days of purchase, I have received 3 individual socks and my trainers and other items were out of stock!!!!
Called customer service, they said they are sorry and asked me send the 3 individual socks back and they will refund me.

Bought some trainers that they say they have in stock be clearly dont. 4 weeks later and im still being tolf they are waiting to be picked off the shelf! Useless customer service as well. Days to reply. Glad i bought through paypal and ive escalated to a full refund which hopefully will be easy to sort out thanks to paypal. AVOID this company. Absolute fraud.
