“Very helpful on the telephone with the ordering, but 2 days later received an email to say the wheel on offer was no longer in stock. Telephoned you the next day and ordered an MGP wheel and brake. The following day received an email to say wheel wasn't in stock. Telephoned you and after initially saying I would take another wheel, I then said I will wait for the MGP wheel to come in. Three days later my neighbour received a parcel from you with a MGP scooter brake and Blazer pro wheel (which was packaged but purple paint work was scratched). I would have returned the wheel but hadn't the time to find a Yodel collection point.”
“Received order prompt but bonus pack was missing. Saw a previous review saying the same and wonder why. The scooter box had been opened which surprised me as nothing had been added. However a telephone call was all it took to get the missing pack sent by Royal Mail.”
