But the customer service at Skates was brilliant and another pair was sent by courier.

“The customers service person I spoke with was really helpful. I expressed my concern that reviews I'd read said the Heelys ran small to get a size larger but I'd just confirmed my order online and wanted to know if I could/should order a larger size, as it's a birthday gift for a friend. The Skates.co.uk customer service person said she's the same size as my friend and actually tried on that size to see if she thought she'd need to go larger if they were for her.
