“Ordered a scooter for my son for Xmas, best price quick delivery wrapped it up opened on Xmas day, couple of days later got it out to assemble and completely wrong scooter had been sent! No invoice so had to email to get return notice to print off, had to go to the shops to buy brown paper to wrap back up, go to a click & collect to drop off! So in short i should have paid couple of pound extra and got it from Amazon as out of pocket and son not been able to go on his Xmas present yet!”
