“Was bad enough waitimg over 5 weeks for the 1st. Then i Got my 2nd graphics kit today and once again they forgot parts of the kit. The colour was Waaaayyyy off. Basically pink for my millennium red honda. So I just tore it off and never plan to buy from them again. Tried to call them and nobody answered or got back to me. Its Shame as I have x3 dirtbikes I wanted to get new graphics for. DO NOT RECOMMEND”
Hi Timothy, I am sorry this is how you feel towards the outcome we offered. From the initial order we notified you this template was being revised and would take longer than our standard 2 week time frame. We have spoken several times over the phone and due to circumstances out of our control (such a postal services) sections did not reach you. We then offered a full refund but understandably you elected for your missing sections to be delivered. We then had these sections expressed after our last phone call. This is an extremely rare case that we offered as much support as possible in.
