Also out of nowhere they suspended my account claiming I had shared money with another account. Which I did not . There was a glitch about 5 months back where it wouldn’t allow me to sign in to my account, and gave me another account. Where I deposited money. I believe I lost all that money as well. Honestly you did me a huge favor. So if your thinking of playing this game do not. You will only lose and never win.”
“The actual game is fun.. The company though and their "policies"? Complete rip off.. I have now made well over 10 withdrawals. Each time they take forever to "process" and once they finally do "process", about 2 to 3 weeks..your withdrawals, they say it can take up to 2 weeks to get to you by mail.. you then wait 4 weeks or more and thennn they tell you if it hasn't come and 4 weeks they will start the "re-issuing" process. They ask if your address is correct, which it is always. Ive don't this with them well over 10 times.. and then finally after 3-4 months of fighting with them they finally pay you. But guys.. dont go mentioning BBB cause ether will threaten to shut down your account and take YOUR money. I am DONE with this place and trust me when I say.. ive put in maybe 60-100 bucks and caused out like 8K on here. Easy money but this company? Scam artist. Hold your money ransom and look for any way possible to take the money back with their "policies ". Ive been threatened 3 times. These guys are sketchy at best.”

They kept $192 still today I haven’t received it I cannot withdraw… before then they cut my games down to five games that I can only play and then block me from withdrawing any more game.. this is crazy”
“If I could give no stars I would. Opened an account and played. Uninstalled after awhile. Reinstalled later and it didn't give an option to log in, only to set up another account, so I did. I won some money and made a withdrawal. I played for awhile longer and decided to tighten my budget so Uninstaller again. 2 months later, Reinstalled and wanted to play. No option to log in, had to open another account or I would lose money I deposited (you deposit before you set up account). Played all night. Got email in morning, account locked due to multiple accounts. They accused me of trying to take advantage of their algorithm. Whatever. I still never received the money I withdrew. STAY AWAY!”
