“Great company but please stop sending the free gift bags and dolls! I’m a regular purchaser and although I tick the basic packaging box each time I still receive the gifts. Such a waste of resources!!!”

Thank you for completing our online review. I can confirm all of the packaging we use is recyclable, the tote bag and make up bag are also re-usable and are used as padding in our packages to save any excess packaging. I can also confirm the Kokeshi is made from a recyclable resin. Great news, we have now introduced our basic wrapping.. you can select this option on checkout. We hope that next time you shop with us we can earn that extra star!
