“Product arrived promptly and as ordered and the price was competitive which made me choose this company to order from. However, the wasteful amount of packaging for a very small tube of sun cream and unnecessary "free gifts" that I have no use for would put me off ordering from you again. Please think of the environment.”

Thank you for taking the time to review our services. I can confirm all of the packaging we use is recyclable, the tote bag and make up bag are also re-usable and are used as padding in our packages to save any excess packaging. I can also confirm the Kokeshi is made from a recyclable resin. Good news, we have introduced a basic packaging option on our website you can select this on checkout.
