“I purchased the LA science shampoo and was impressed by the speed it was dispatched,unfortunately it had leaked inside the box was was a little messy to handle.since writing this review I have been contacted by Effortless skin and they have replaced the damaged product.Their service and customer care is exceptional and I would not hesitate to use them and recommend them to everyone.Its rare these days to find companies that make customer care a priority.”
