“Hi Effortless. Thank you for your email detailing 'How to Layer your Skin Care'. I do use it correctly to a great extent BUT I do rush it I the mornings (and sometimes in the evenings)! So, I have been wondering why my skin is quite often pilling and has little balls of skin all over. Now of course, I realise it is because I am always in a hurry to make sure I get all my products on my skin one after the other. That is tremendous good advice from you my friends and I shall remember that tonight when cleansing my skin and using my night time products. I shall also try some of the other items you mentioned in your email but at the moment I am extremely well stocked up with quite a lot of skincare products as soon as those start to require replenishing I shall be looking to try those new items. I always buy my products from Effortless as your prices, delivery and all the skincare I purchase is excellent. Just thought I would drop you a line expressing my gratitude for your advice. Thank you. Iris Henderson”
