“I placed my order over the phone, the lady was really helpful advising what product would be suitable for me. I was really pleased with the packaging, and the lovely gifts inside was a nice surprise. I've used the is clinical eclipse 50+ over the years and it's amazing. I'm new to the c eye serum, so hope it will be as good”

“I was really very happy about the cream and serum which I ordered in the skincity. I tried products of medik8 and left very satisfied. I am also happy about the people who works in this company, they answered a lot of my questions very quickly and in time. The products arrived very nice packaged and in 10 working days (I am living not in UK). I highly recommend to trust in this company and in the products which they distribute. Thank You.”

“I am always happy with Skincity never a problem ordering on line or via phone the staff have great customer service skills and are very helpful delivery is within a few days I don't order until I run very low which is great the product is boxed up beautifully and always on time with some lovely gift bits which is a nice gesture”

“Products easy to find and good description. Very, Very fast delivery. And some nice touches within parcel, such as sample products. I love to receive samples and a small gift. Overall satisfaction is ten out of ten with Skincity.”

I can confirm all of the packaging we use is recyclable, the tote bag and make up bag are also re-usable and are used as padding in our packages to save any excess packaging. I can also confirm the Kokeshi is made from a recyclable resin. Good news, we will be introducing a basic packaging option on our website by the end of the year to give customers a choice of which packaging the would like.
