“Always quick and efficient, a great range of products and an easy site to navigate. My only complaint would be that the postage packaging is very wasteful - the tote bag etc., none of it seems to be eco friendly.”

Thank you for taking the time to review our services. I can confirm all of the packaging we use is recyclable, the tote bag and make up bag are also re-usable and are used as padding in our packages to save any excess packaging. I can also confirm the Kokeshi is made from a recyclable resin. Great news we have now introduced Basic Wrapping which includes minimal packaging and a sample but no bags, no Kokeshi and no magazine, you can select this on check out.
