“Absolutely delighted with my order from Skincity! My package arrived quickly, delivery was free and the packaging was amazing (and recyclable)! As well as the product I purchased, I received a tote bag, a makeup bag, a free sample and an adorable kokeshi doll! Will 100% order from Skincity again.”

“I have purchased Medic8 surface radiance cleanser from Skincity and I have not been so excited receiving my order for a long time!!!! Beautifully packed with unexpected gifts inside : a bag, cosmetic bag and most importantly Kokeshi!!! The story of Kokeshi is so heart warming that I will definitely make another purchase soon to collect another one 🤣 The one I've received is standing proudly on the shelf in my living room ❤ Beautiful !! “Wonderful, wonderful experience of shopping with Skincity! Fab customer service - I ordered a trial size mascara but they’d run out, so sent me the full size at no extra charge! Shipping was free and incredibly quick. And I loved my freebies, especially the kokeshi doll! Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back.”

“Rapid turn around of order, with suitable extras. I use Skincity regularly. However, after three or four orders I'm building up a lot of duplicate extras (bags, dolls)”
