“HI I received the wrong product and initially gave a poor review. Since then Skin City have quickly replied and are remedying the situation so I am now changing my review based on good Customer Service.”

“Happy to have received a discount on my products. I was nicely surprised when I get my parcel. The products were nicely wrapped and there were few little free gifts inside . I gave the little Japanese doll to my daughter (sorry I forgot the name). I will order again on Skincity website .”
