“I’ve been ordering my skincare from Skincity for some time now and I’ve always found the website easy to use and the customer service excellent on each occasion. Delivery is always prompt and there is often a discount available on a threshold spend, which is great as good skincare doesn’t come cheap. Also worth noting, whenever I’ve had a question, the customer service team have been very easy to reach, even during lockdown. I’ve been using, and totally swear by, Dermaceutic and Heliocare products following the recommendation of them by a Cosmetic Nurse several years ago. I’d also recommend these products to anyone with blemish prone skin.”

“Delivery took a little longer than usual but I guess that could be due to the Covid-19 situation. Easy to order and nicely packaged. Will continue to use, especially when reductions are offered!!”

“Everything was good and easy. Only thing I can say it's that it would be good to get an approximate time of delivery, even if it's with a time frame. But I got the delivery earlier than expected so all good.”

“What an amazing company. Breath of fresh air. Ordered an item. Hot it very quickly beautifully wrapped with a free YES FREE tite bag and free make-up bag.
