“Quick delivery. Happy with the service. Didn’t really need all the other stuff I didn’t order in the box. Would rather just have what I ordered. Am allergic to lots of products so sample go straight in the bin. Wasteful. And the bag and doll, well not my sort of thing I suppose”

“I have experience with "skin city UK" and "skin city SE". I can see that unfortunately the UK site do not allow to track order, which can be less comfortable for the customer. Second thing - the delivery takes longer. Beside those remarks - everything seems to be ok.”

“I love this cleanser - have used it for around a year and really does help keep my breakouts at bay. I had not ordered from Skincity before - I received my order quickly and I absolutely loved all the special touches in the parcel! From the kokeshi, makeup bag and shopping bag, everything was so thoughtful! Fabulous experience, will be ordering again soon!”

“I never usually have the time to review companies as I order so much online, but I was honestly so impressed with Skincity. My face cream arrived really fast and it was beautifully packaged (it looked gift wrapped!) And also contained a few samples, a little ornament gift, and a free tote bag. This level of effort, care and customer service is rare to find these days - I'll certainly be a repeat customer, massive thank you!! X”
