“Prompt delivery, very satisfied with the service. When placing my 1st order with your company I had to speak to someone as I could not enter my email correctly and the person I spoke to took my order over the phone she was very helpful. looking for salycilic face wash which is out of stock at the moment, hopefully your company will email me when it becomes available.”

“I was sent an email asking me to review the items I bought from Skincity 8 days ago. I would, if I could, but Skincity hasn't even dispatched my order yet. They warned that orders might take longer than usual to arrive in my confirmatiom email, but 8 days with no follow-up is pushing it. At the very least, they should email customers with an update and estimated dispatch date...and save the review requests until they've actually delivered on their end of the bargain.”

“I ordered my products on 30th October and am still waiting for them to be delivered. I have received no tracking number so have no idea where they are. On the same day I ordered products from Cult Beauty and they arrived 3 days later. Don't think I'll be buying from Skin City ever again.”
