“Not really happy with the delivery and processing time. I ordered in the early hours of Friday and was told by a Live chat agent the order would be posted same day if I ordered now. Ordered and heard NOTHING until Monday after - when it was posted. I understand delivery and staff levels are impacted by Covid but you did not even have any customer service support from Friday afternoon till Monday. I tried email AND phone. I have ordered from another skincare company- who posted same day and received next day.”
