"I received my delivery and opened the box, pulled out the product, only to be met with glass sticking out my skin and blood pouring from my hands. None of the products (glass) had been wrapped at all and again the box was paper thin. Once I had removed the glass from my skin and bandaged my hand, I had to tidy up the glass fragments left all over my kitchen countertop and floor. I couldn\u2019t believe the amount of glass that had come out, several of the products had been completely smashed, one white chocolate spread also had glass up inside it all mixed in with it. I contacted the team and I was absolutely shocked at the response. No apology, no help and Nick Strawson, the most incompetent of them all, offered me free shipping on my next delivery only once I had complained to him 3 times to get a response. He constantly refused to acknowledge any of what I was saying and despite my politeness considering the situation, his attitude was disgusting. I couldn\u2019t believe I had been offered free shipping that\u2019s free anyway if you spend a certain amount, as compensation for injuries (that apparently I have to blur my photo of) and my little one who was near me at the time, walking over shards of glass. I sensed an issue with the customer service team, as explained below this is not the first time I had been met with complete lack of care and also naivety. I requested for Mr Whiting to contact me, over a month later, no response. He is far too busy spending his profits whilst accepting his team are acting negligently, sending glass items with no protective wrapping and in a bid to keep profits in his pocket, boxes too thin to even support glass jars. He clearly has not implemented a sufficient packing process, his team just throw the items in the box, probably from a mile distance! I have had to resort to legal action against the company to ensure they do not harm others in the way I have been injured. The company have not taken any steps to change their process, on trust pilot someone 2 days ago posted that her items were left loose in a box, with NO packaging. \r\n\r\nIt all started after my first order placed with them, 2 items were missing. Next order incorrect products received, customer \u2018service\u2019 advisor Keira Carr ignored my request via email until I had to contact her twice, again I was met with the \u201chere have free shipping and shut up\u201d attitude. \r\n\r\nMy second order was then incorrect, I had been sent the wrong items. Yet again I had to make contact, ended up with Grace who barely read my email properly, one of the questions was a request for my order number and \r\n\u201cPlease confirm if any protective wrapping\/bubble wrap inside?\u201d. Considering the order number was in the subject of the email and Graces bid to tell me she couldn\u2019t find my order, showed yet again exceptionally appalling service and a complete lack of attempt for Grace to even try to do her job. Her question over packaging clearly confirmed they are aware of an issue and I imagine I am not the only person that\u2019s been cut my their glass products. \r\n\r\nI have since found another brand of low calorie and sugar products via Amazon whose service and products exceed those of the skinny food company and please unless you want to receive the wrong product, missing items or you and your baby injured, do NOT order from them. There is a lot of other alternatives that do not carry such a risk."
