I have been set up with a subscription I never asked for they just keep taking my money say go on my account to cancel I was a one time buyer so don’t have an account gonna cancel card daylight robbery

I have used this company since last October and never had a problem with delivery until now. My order from 1st June is still not here I have asked them to reship on the the 25th and there is still sitting as unfulfilled. I place another order on the 18th hoping it would come before the 1st order and that has a tracking number but never reached Royal Mail. I am so disappointed in the customer service. I love the sweet syrups in my oats but as for the savoury ones just avoid. Ill stay on the honey and suffer the extra calories !

Up until recently i had only ever tried some of the skinny sauces (The brown sauce is definitely my fave) but then I thought I would try out the spreads and the coffee's and WOW; Ill start with the spreads, these should come with a huge warning label as they are AMAZING and better than real chocolate, once you open that jar...its gone... The flavoured coffee's are simply divine; my fave's are the chocolate orange; double choc and cookie dough, teamed with the hazelnut creamer and you have the best coffee (much better than costa and a lot better for you) The little flavour drops are a god send in oats and drinks and are also a firm favorite I can honestly say that I have ordered multiple times from Skinny foods and although the order can take up to 10 days to arrive; when it does arrive, it is really well packaged and nothing has ever been split or broken. This stuff is really addictive and so yummy, I guarantee you will not be disappointed :-)

Ordered online! Took moths to come and when it did only half my order came. Customer service was awful. Months looking my items or a rufund! After 6 months I cut my losses and gave up! Wouldn't recommend buying online!

Website freezes and is stuffed full of adverts and options to up sell. Can't find nutritional data for some items and when you can it's based on tiny portions (eg 5g). Sneaky practice defaulting to weekly deliveries and you can't easily see it as pop up arrives and you scroll down and faint mention is hidden, not shown on the next screen, no idea what happened next as screen froze again as a pop up blocked page and no way to close it down. Watched Fb posts disappear today and no live chat or phone number so gave up trying to access information. Saw lots of people querying why deliveries from 1st June outstanding. Not worth the risks so bought elsewhere.

I've ordered few items from them almost 3 months ago and after figuring out on my own that my parcel got lost (their support was completely useless after sending them couple requests past few weeks asking for help with the delivery they did nothing). After all this I was trying to contact the company to solve this but they are still doing nothing and just ignoring the problem!

Great products making dieting so much easier and tastier than ever before !! Syrups and seasonings can’t decide which is best , wide variety spoilt for choice

Great customer service delivery was quick and the syrups taste amazing haven't found one I don't like yet I have recently tried the raspberry and the strawberry jams and they are amazing will definitely have them again and try the other flavours to

The products are amazing - especially the chocolate spreads, hazelnut coffee and maple syrup. Great for low calorie alternatives. The reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because the delivery was so slow (took around 4 weeks) and I had to keep chasing them to ask where it was, was told to wait and it should arrive (even though when I tried to track it, the Royal Mail site said they couldn’t find it), and then eventually they sent me another.

I follow a healthy lifestyle and the breakfast syrups really help change my daily breakfast up. I also like putting the peanut butter Syrup in my coffee been drinking cup after cup.

DO NOT USE. I placed a order 20 days ago with this firm and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve messaged them multiple times and the reply I always get is “leave it another week” which I don’t think is good customer service. I’ve asked for a refund numerous times and keep getting denied the refund, even though I’ve not got my order? The attitude of the customer service advisors is disappointed, they don’t want to help at all. Do not buy from here, the service is rubbish, I am being genous giving them a one star!! (I don’t have any other option). Try Jordan’s as an alternative they’re service is great! And product is miles better.

Like other people on here don’t be conned into the subscription. I am going to bring this up with Martin Lewis and watch dog. If you don’t realise you have signed up to a subscription you should be able to send the items back and get your money back. But this company just seem to want to take your money and give nothing in the way of customer service back. I’m absolutely disgusted and will never buy from this company again!

I am a new customer to the Skinny Food Co and have yet to try any of their products therefore i am basing this review only on the business and customer service, not the products. I wont waste my time writing extensive comments outlining the problems i faced, a good company should have already identified things that irritate customers from the reviews i read here and fixing them. I will therefore summarise: 1) The website from first visit bombards the life out of you with popups - for offers and marketing gimics that annoy the heck out of you. The website also loads very slowly on some pages which i lost interest in very quickly. 2) I ordered 3 sauces as a one off and by default i was enrolled in a subscription for further orders whereby the company can help myself to my bank account indefinitely. Perhaps there is some obscure box the customer has to DEACTIVATE to prevent a subscription but by DEFAULT you are enrolled. I then had to create an account on their website to cancel the subscription. I have seen other companies do this and it is despicable. I'd imagine many a elderly person has fallen prey to this behavior. I wonder if the BBC's Watchdog program would be interested in this. 3) I ordered at 06:58am, realised i was forced into a subscription and at 08:25am emailed to cancel my order. I immediately received an email back from one of their representatives with a stock email that didnt address my cancellation. Later in the day after sending several more emails they told me it was now too late to cancel and the goods ARE BEING SHIPPED whether i wanted them or not. If they would've cancelled my order after my first email i would not have to pay for return postage when i send the products back for a refund. This is another tactic of a bad company - delay response until the goods are shipped and then maybe the customer will get bored and keep the products rather than pay to send back for a refund. 4) My opinion only: The glowing reviews on their website are fake. No-one seems to have had any issue with the above (obviously repeatable) problems. There are also reviews on TrustPilot that corroborate this. I hope this review actually makes it to the company owner and it dawns on him that reputation is king. Bad business practices such as the above will eventually lead to bad reviews and your sales will fall.

Awful customer service! They don’t care when parcels aren’t delivered, even when tracking proves delivery hasn’t even been attempted. They palm you off and refuse to help at all.

I Don't have a problem with the products, i have a problem with them not replying to my emails and not being able to contact them by phone. If you want the best for your customers at least have the decency to acknowledge them.

Lovely products but poor customer service. Had a problem, which effected my health, took several emails to get problem sorted. Reply to emails took at least two days.
