😡 WORST PLACE IVE ORDERED FROM !WASTED MY MONEY AN THEY SENT NO PRODUCT.THEY EVEN MESSAGED ME AND SAID THE ITEMS ARE GOING OFF ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 💩 I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS THERE ALL RIGHT!!!!! AVOID OTHER WISE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY AND GET NO PRODUCT 😡

I've been waiting over a month for my order. I've been told they have sent it last week but I haven't received it. Ordered and paid fpr on 18th May!!! I have had emails from someone called Amy and Beth in their supposed customer support role apologising etc etc. I have asked for my money to be refunded but have had no response. Would never buy again and would not recommend them.

Out of intolerance and allergy advice I had to turn gluten and dairy free. So far I had not any bad experience but skinny food products have definitely made me to be careful from where and who to order from. I ordered 3 sauces that taste nothing as advertised and promised and I also got myself the mocha creamer which went off after only 3 days regardless following the storage advice on the package bottle. Tried once never again. Can’t recommend. Very disappointed.

Waited 10 days for delivery 2 items correct one incorrect and past sell by date and another item completely missing … when I sent an enquiry all I got was some response about best before dates and I can return it … would like my correct order fulfilled please with the correct items or refund .. first time customer but never again with such poor customer service.

Still the same issues m, taking money and orders and promising next day delivery, then they eventually answer your enquiry with copy and pasted answers saying hey have moved warehouses and this is teething issues. This is 2 nd week from order and I have been told now there is NO Timescale on my order, please bear with them ? There own website has updates saying sorry for these issues and delays delivery now 3-5 days ( due to Royal Mail ), but this is LIES to continue to get orders placed and take your money !!! Reviews go back MONTHS saying the same thing. I have demanded a refund and will never use or recommend this company, in this day and age this is a joke if they expect to survive with this treatment of customers and not delivering on product, promises or customer service. Shambolic.

Beware. Received products out of date, when contacted to complain I was told products would be fine 6 months after the use by date! Return offered for these out of date products but at my cost!! I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AVOID.

Fraudulent company. Like many others they didn’t sent my package, claimed it was lost despite the Royal Mail tracking showing it was never shipped. Now claiming it will be shipped with the same tracking number proving they lied in the first place. They ignore your emails or send copy and pasted replies - they will reply to this saying to get in contact so they can sort it but they won’t actually sort it as I have repeatedly tried to contact - you can see from reviews all over the internet that they do this a lot and won’t return money or ship the items or they ship half and charge the whole amount. This has now been going on a month for me but longer for others - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

12 working days since despatch and still no order. This company is a joke, told me my parcel would be with me no later than last Friday. Avoid at all costs if you value your hard earned money

I PLACED ORDER 2 WEEKS AGO. ITEM AS NEVER BEEN DESPATCHED BY SKINNYFOODCO. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER WHICH WHEN TRACKED JUST STATES DESPATCHING. I CHECKED WITH ROYAL MAIL CEO OFFICE AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE TRACKING NO. IS NOT IN THEIR DELIVERY NETWORK "WHICH MEANS SKINNYFOODCO HAVE NOT DESPATCHED THE ORDER. SKINNYFOODCO IS THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN ALL MY LIFE. THEIR CEO IS USELESS. I AM AWAITING A FULL REFUND FROM PAYPAL. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM SKINNYFOODCO AGAIN I IMAGINE THEY WILL GO BUST SOON, IF THEY KEEP DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS IN A POOR WAY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

Utterly terrible experience! 7 days - no order - no response from customer services - no refund - one very disappointed customer. I decided to use this company and support the 'little guys' instead of Jeff's website - really wish I hadn't. Terrible experience and I will not be using them again. Do yourself a favour - AVOID!

**Update** SkinnyFood tried to flag my review on another site as not genuine after I refused to speak to them about the lack of quality of their products on the phone. Would completely avoid after this totally unprofessional behaviour. We decided to place a rather large order with skinny food to try out their barista syrups, jams, chocolate spreads and sauces. Our order was marked as dispatched via Royal Mail within a few days of ordering which I thought was great until the tracking never updated. It wasn’t actually dispatched until nearly a week later and arrived by an entirely different delivery service. The sauces are very hit and miss some of them are great, others are awful. For example the sriracha is lovely but the garlic mayo is really sweet and has the look and texture of something that I would rather not describe. The chocolate spreads are amazing! They’re definitely worth a buy. We’ve not had chance to try out the jams yet. The barista syrups aren't a syrup consistency at all, they’re like water. They taste ok in dairy based drinks but there are nicer sugar free syrups out there. We also found them to taste overbearingly of sweetener in plant based drinks, we tried reducing the amount of syrup we used but then all you could taste was sweetener and none of the flavour. We were also sent a few of the ordinary syrups as free gifts, we had gingerbread and gooey egg, ginger bread wasn’t bad but the gooey egg one just tasted like sweetener so as I say, some stuff is fantastic, other stuff is disappointing.

They locked me into an agreement whereby I received goods every two weeks and made it impossible to contact them to sort it out. I had to ring the bank to stop the direct debit. Would never order again from such a money grabbing company

Shocking customer service, they don’t reply to email. You go round and round in circles then they block you from all social media. The products themselves were ok, not the best but worst customer service I have ever came across with no complaints process.?

Having ordered for a specific occasion (a pancake bundle for Shrove Tuesday) it was a huge disappointment when the order was constantly delayed. When it became evident that it was not going to be delivered in time I requested cancellation and a refund but was told this was not possible. As a customer I have been completely put off due to the service received and the failure of the majority of the customer service team to attempt to rectify the issues. I won't be ordering in the future as a result of this. I have not published my dissatisfaction previously however I have been emailed by the company requesting I submit a review.
