It should be minimum £20/£30 to get free shipping, or just create one of those £10 per year subscription and get free shipping for 12 months. ”

However when I raised this with their customer service, I was helped by someone called Lauren and they were immediately apologetic and sent out a replacement straight away. Unfortunately they were then out of some items so had to refund me which was disappointing. I like their sugar free syrups and treats though! ”
