Shocking customer service. Missing items, asking for proof of missing items, blaming fulfilment centres and saying they need photos to ‘investigate’ (that’s right - photos of a missing item) and then they just stop replying.

Do better! I ordered oat milk from Skinny Food and they gave tracking info which was false, never posted the items and never responded to any of my correspondence. 0 stars. The only way to get their attention was to dispute the transaction through Paypal. I won't be using you again and I hope nobody else does either. You seem to care about the money more than customer service.

Paid £5.99 for express shipping nearly 2 weeks ago and still nothings been dispatched. What makes it worse is that I'm constantly getting emails/adverts about the company's next day delivery service and offers!
No updates from the company or message on their website about delays.
No offer of refund for the 5.99 shipping.
Seems as though a lot of people feel the same. Rubbish
