Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration, and we're actively working to resolve the issue. It's unfortunate that you felt the need to leave a negative review at this stage. We want to clarify that your order was dispatched on time, and Royal Mail has attempted to deliver it multiple times. According to their tracking information, the delivery attempts were unsuccessful as no one was available to receive the package. Additionally, you organised a redelivery date with Royal Mail, but again, there was no one available to accept the delivery.
We have provided guidance on how you can request another delivery on a specific day or a collection, as we are unable to do this on your behalf. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this matter but it is not instant particularly when there is an active delivery.
