I have used skip the dishes for quite awhile. In the beginning it was ok, but lately the services from drivers as well as customer service has gone downhill. I am disabled and it is convenient, but as I said the service overall is lacking. I am seriously considering going elsewhere , maybe better service elsewhere

Driver stole my food and they claim I wasn't at the address. Beware of Edmonton skip the dishes. truck drivers need to keep a secure way to eat with vaccine mandates not allowing us in restaurants. After a hour they offered a 10.99refund on a 30 dollar order.

Horrible service. We ordered through the app which somehow put in the wrong address. We contacted them saying that it was delivered to an address not even listed in our app and they only offered a 50% credit which is useless because now we can't trust them and will never order from them again. Don't use this service. 100% unaccountable.

You guys hire idiots who should not even be employed in their own countries. I do get your low Pauling slave work is hard to find workers however, you pay poor, you rip off the restaurants and your support are idiots who try to do anything possible other tha. To give you a small % off a complete blown order.

The driver could not locate the address. Restaurant to delivery address is a 5 minute drive. It took over 45 minutes for the food to be delivered. The food was inedible and soggy. Skip support would only offer a 50% refund.

Dont deliver my order. Takes forever to "understand" my issues. Please guys...WE should just stop ordering from this company. Uber eat IS soooo much better!!!

First of all my order was dropped off at the wrong address. My milkshake was spilled and there was missing items. They offered to refund my milkshake and missing item. I would have preferred that they delivered what was missing and spilled. But not. I will not be using them again.

I own a restaurant in Quebec city. Never I see a delivery guy who has a isotherme box. These non-professional delivery guy and girls only work for one thing... Their money!!

I will never ever order from them again!!! New Years Eve we ordered. The guy went the complete wrong way. By the time he got to our place the food was cold. I have been fighting with them since December 31 as they said they would give me a full refund. They gave me a partial refund and then charged me. That wasn't a full refund. They keep saying it's refunded - well it's not. I am tired od dealing with a company that has ZERO customer service. I want everyone to know how bad this compnay is!!!!

I cannot get started and count the endless number of times skip has made mistakes. Once they had kept me waiting for 2 hours 50 mins! On countless occasions the driver would not deliver half the items or the restaurant would not take the orders properly, I am not sure. There were even times when the clueless drivers would deliver food to incorrect address. When I spoke to the customer service fellow, he seemed careless to me giving me tailored reponses. To Top it when I wrote him an honest feedback he called me and started charging at me. This service has gone From bad to pathetic over the period of the last tear and a half. Before this they were functioning really fine. Switching to some other app.

Having my meal delivered to my door was a great aid to my life since I have mobility / walking challenges. I placed an order on Jan 9, 2022 which was not delivered (and not found nearby). When I contacted customer support I was told my missing order missing order will not to be credited. With no previous warning my account was locked from receiving credits. This order was placed with the same delivery instructions as I always have always supplied and the previous orders have been delivered to my door as requested. This treatment is unacceptable that the customer should be held financially responsible for errors of the delivery driver or even errors in the food orders from the restaurant / supplier. You guys suckkkkk. I never right reviews but the amount of times I've had to contact customer service because my food never comes after hours of waiting. Then I get "skip rewards" that I don't want, intern waiting another 45 mins... that is if the rewards work. I Should fully be getting a free meal. Don't waist your time. Use Door Dash.

Skip services has gone down to minus. It shows wrong timings. Customer support is always offline. They do not pick calls and do not respond to emails. Their driver accept the orders but cancel in between. The order arrives cold.

They are a bunch of thieves!! I ordered food which never arrived. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with Skip the Dishes. I will never use this service again.

I have had several bad experiences with skip the food.....orders that they have confirmed then cancel after you've waited for over 2 hours for your meal to arrive...they don't give you your money back but a credit with them so they make sure they keep your funds...when you complain directly to them about it they may if you really press them give you a $5.00 voucher but in my case usually not...I wish I could give them a -5 *star but that option is not available
