If you get a delivery driver named Cheickna, do yourself a favour and cancel the order and start over so you get a new driver. This driver keeps your food and places it on delivered.

Delivery person somehow gets inside my apartment building and instead of informing me that they had arrived or anything, decide to leave my food on the floor. By the time I realised that it had been way to long food was cold and no idea what had been done with it. Complained to the help chat and told them that I cannot trust the food because of their driver they would only offer the delivery and tip cost back. So because of them I could not eat it and basically wasted money. Never using them again if they cannot even train their employees basic delivery service.

They don’t deliver, person they hire even could find the address and after all this long wait and hassle they refund, meaning leaves you hungry and takes away your valuable time. Zero rating for skip the dishes

Skipthedishes robbed me today, i ordered few things nd one item were missing but when i asked their staff to give me the refund regarding that item then they just totally denied to give me my money back, also the item as well. I will never this stupid app ever. Better use uber eats

The worst service their drivers suck.....this is the third time I either haven't got the order or it's been the wrong order and they don't do anything. I won't be ordering through skip the dishes anymore!!! And good luck getting a reply from support chat....... pathetic drivers

We ordered a dinner and it was delivered to the wrong address. Skip the dishes was not helpful. They had no idea where the food was delivered. We had company and this is very inconvenient and upsetting. The offered “fix“ was a “skip the dishes credit” to reorder? Ummm no.... refund my credit card so I can call the restaurant myself and order directly as you unable to deliver my food to my address and you don’t know what your drivers are doing. Also if I reorder they expect me to pay the gst again.??!! They have no ideas where it was delivered and they are unable to contact the driver??? Really? Seems like this service doesn’t work then. PS... this is the third time this has happened so I am ranting and posting about an ongoing issue. I understand a one time mistake but this obviously a bigger issue.

The worst app, you pay for stuff and get the wrong food. They don't do nothing about it . I'll recommend you use a different food app but not this one.

Skip the dishes is 5he worst delivery service ever. Not only that you can't even get a phone number to call them, or the online chat anyone. They have shut all contact down so they don't have to deal with customers. They take our money and that's all they want. We'll when resturants are back up again. Skip will become obsolete...good luck with no customers then skip.

Ordered McDonald McNuggets today. Free McNuggets promotion. The SKipthedishes app indicated it was picked up, than 5 minutes later was indicated delivered and order completed. But never got the order at all. Texted SkipTheDishes, they just refunded the delivery charge and nothing else. I considered that stealing as the free food I ordered was free for me but not for a third party. SkipTheDishes didn't do anything to fix the problem, and thing that refunding the delivery fee is already enough.. Will never order from them again.

Health and food safety concerns Skip driver not wearing mask despite mask are mandatory as we are in the middle of the pandemic. Drink and food are not protected. Driver grabbing Customer’s drink as if it was his drink in his hand (virus?) and the other hand carrying the food bag which are wide open. No wonder customers’ food were cold and exposed. No wonder the drink was not full (3/4). Improper handling of food and drink. This picture from video cam made me think twice of ordering from Skip the dishes.

Never received our order and spent about 2 hours trying to get a refund. There is no one to talk to you have to chat and they just stop responding. Don’t take a chance of ordering and not getting your meal .

“SKIP” This company! SKIP Skip TheDishes!!!!! This is the second time I “tried” to order from this company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and unfortunately they SKIPPED us again. Waited 45mins to be called by “head office” to advise that the driver was incompetent and couldn’t even meet us out front. HEAD OFFICE actually hung up on us and we are unable to find a contact number to reach them back at. DISGUSTING “SERVICE”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're from London, Ontario and you're here to write a scathing review about Skip because you didn't get the VERY large order you placed with Mary Brown's Chicken, guess what? They delivered it to me! So I had the pleasure of spending the next 48 minutes chatting with their "customer service" which ended with my being given a PARTIAL refund - this was only upgraded to a full refund after I basically ripped the poor guy a new one. I also had to dump what must be at least $300 worth of food into the trash. What a sickening waste! This is certainly the first time I've had issues with Skip. In fact, I switched to DoorDash a few months ago and only ordered from Skip tonight because this restaurant doesn't use DoorDash and I had a craving. Bad move on my part. Hmmm, I was going to shorten SkipTheDishes to its initials and then realized that would be STD. Kind of appropriate, since they are both unpleasant experiences.

WOW! My account was hacked and in 2 days almost $300 was charged to my account! Someone went in to my account and changed my phone number and addresses to another province and placed these orders! I called skip and ask how this is possible that this can happen and they said that they don’t even have a recorded of the 5 orders in the last 2 days. When I can see them on the app and the money out of my account. They said it is something to talk to my bank about and not them! I know I will get my money back from the bank. But how could this happen with them not noticing or me getting a notification about the changes to my account! Even Netflix sends you a message when some one signs it from a different computer or something! Absolutely horrible customer service and horrible app and security! Wake the hell up skip your losing customers at a rapid pace. I will never use again and will tell all that I meet to switch to uber eats!

Scam. Anauthorized charges. Unrespectful customer service. Cold food. Driver not attempt deliveries. No refund. Chats are robotic. Try to stay away from this scampany.Thank to my bank there will be refund. They should be shut down.-1*

I accidentally placed an order for Pickup instead of delivery. Called up the restaurant and the restaurant was kind enough to not process the order and gave customer support contact number. Spoke to Ashdeep who very quickly verified me and cancelled my order swiftly after double checking with the restaurant. I really appreciate (New India buffet @W Broadway and Ashdeep @skip customer support) to act so swiftly and providing amazing customer service. Credit was reflected on my card after a few min. Thank you!

The delivery took more than double the time because the driver was sitting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes as witnessed on the app. Called the restaurant and they confirmed order was ready and waiting at that time for over 10 minutes. Driver lied on arrival saying food wasn’t ready when I had confirmed with restaurant that it was. Customer had only empty apologies with skip credits as only compensation. Refund request denied. Management or head office number request denied. They pay for high profile ads on tv but can’t even provide information or compensation. Never again!

Ordered food but never received it. Soon as the driver arrived i waited outside but didnt see the driver. Frustrating.
