I gave them 2 stars because some drivers are ok but most do not care about your food. They just care about the money they are making. I guess I am going to have to tip accordingly.

Maybe for some other people this service is great but for me, I used it twice and once food is delivered, it is cold plus considering the extra charges and fees, I would rather pick up my food and give tips to the restaurant workers. That way I know it is still warm and edible.

I was given TWO electronic gift cards worth $50 and I couldn't use them after extensive chatting with two different customer service people. BOYCOTT. This company will not be around for long as it's service is garbage.

Was great for awhile when all orders delivered without any problems. We delivered food to our home and our elder mothers home. Was a good customer until one delivery guy couldn't find the home (weird cause others had no problem) and said he couldn't find the place ... no refund ... tried again and he actually said he delivered it. Thats when customer service wouldn't even take out calls! Customer service on the app GONE! Wow terrible company .. save your money they won't even discuss the issue! Out 200 bucks!

They scam out of money, they deliver cold food and say they give 50% back because they no longer refund fully but yet I paid 50$ and get 17$ back? That's not 50% at all, they should all be shut down. Listen people, DO NOT order from them, they will scam you out of your money and laugh at you with it. NEVER AGAIN.

i am not happy with the last transaction i had with skipthedishes.com. i bought a gift card in a city that had listed many restaurants that were participating in the program, but it turned out that only mcdonalds was onboard. so what did the company do for me? absolutely nothing! $100 in reserve for who knows how long. i tried to use gift code in another city, as suggested by company, but it was not accepted! am i happy? not a chance!

Customer service is rude. Ordered from them and the food arrived cold, stale, and not edible. I contacted customer service and they didn’t care. I spent $25 and they offered $8 in credits. I had to throw the food away. Not worth it. Use a different delivery service.

They scam people out of their money and tell them they’ve been flagged and will no longer get service meanwhile they are the scammers because they waited until my order was paid for and told me this none sense while refusing to give my money back. Never again will I or anyone I know order with these scammers. Go with Uber eats people.

Skip the Dishes gave my wife credits because we ordered from a restaurant that was closed. Today, she went to use them. Skip, instead banned her for trying to use the credits. Unreal!

This app LOVES to change your address once you have entered it. Then once they have delivered it to the wrong address (the address they changed it to doesn't exist I went and looked) they will try and put the blame on you and accept ZERO responsibility! Still have no food or a refund either!! Don't waste your time with this app....just use Doordash or anything else!

The worst experienc ever! Literally every single time I order from them it is a disaster! Who waits an hour and 20 minutes for food and gets a reply from customer service stating that they will look into the situation once the order is delivered? I mean what the hell on earth?! This is simply unacceptable. I gave enough chances to skip and this is it. Learn to work well and provide service man.

I ordered from Skip the Dishes for the first time. We placed an order for Pick-Up, but the app made it a Delivery. I did not add my address while ordering because we were ordering pick-up and there was no way for me to correct this error. The incorrect address was in there. Eventually I spoke to someone from Skip the Dishes, gave them the correct address. The food was not delivered. No one notified us that the order had arrived. We waited for over an hour. I requested a full refund and they denied it. No support was offered.

Update: Skip refunded the full amount on my credit card without contacting me which is why I bumped up my review from 1* to 3* Original: Terrible service. Order was sent to restaurant 30 minutes after the order was placed. No driver was ever assigned to the order, the restaurants manager had to deliver the order himself. Skip only offered to refund the tip I had prepaid. Incredible.

This service is not safe!! I had a delivery person stand in my door and yell at me because he said I was rude to him. Skip the Dishes did not even respond to my concern!!

I would give then zero is possible. No sense of customer service. Multiple occasion, got notifications that food has been delivered but was not. When called, they will do a huge favour by giving refund of food which I never received. No empathy. Last time I asked to talk to manager and I am still waiting. Today was the last nail in cofin and I deleted this app. I would rather go out and take my food.

Firstly, the food was delivered a full 40 minutes past the pre-order window. It was a birthday meal surprise and the whole event was ruined, as when the food arrived so late. By the time it arrived the person was not there to collect the order. Secondly, the delivery driver didn't follow the delivery instructions and caused a lot of confusion.

Awful! Would never recommend! The site is hard to navigate will not accept cash on delivery. Addresses are hard to find or populate, easier to call a restaurant and have delivery. To bad businesses are missing out on business because of a shotty site and bad customer service. Good Luck! Businesses do NOT sign up for this shitty service you are loosing business..
