Please do not use this service! It's not what it once was. Terrible customer service, rude, ignorant, every order has some issue.Good luck on receiving a full refund! I wish there was a negative rating I could give, this company would receive a -10 /10.

Long story short, Skip driver delivered my order to the wrong address (with picture proof), I suggest instead of the drivers just dumping orders outside on dirty sidewalks, they actually make contact with the customer. Skip refused to refund me the $54.65, I had to call my Credit card company for a stop payment. Apr 2, 2025 #686036961 $54.65

We put 2 orders in, and they just decided to cancel one without contacting us... and refused to refund our order. What was supposed to be a nice christmas breakfast, turned into an absolute wreck.

Delivery didn't show up and there was no photo provided, contacted customer support and and said I would not recieved a refund and agent left the chat without any explanation. Stick with Uber eats folks!!

45 hrs of food order sitting there 35 minutes for skips customer service to respond to my request to find out what’s happening Would not refund my money immediately Would not compensate for their errors Very condescending in their request for assistance responses.

then you try to contact "customer service" and they take forever to figure out what happened and refund your order second time I gave up and just took the loss and ended up having to pay twice for my food amd wait twice as long TRUST ME not worth it just download another app I have never had this happen with any other apps.

I ordered food, they delivered entirely the wrong order, I asked for a refund and told them they could tell the courier to pick up the wrong food, and they refused refund on grounds of terms.

How unsanitary is that? I contacted the skip and asked for a refund back to my card and instead they placed it as a credit which I do not want.
