"Pure scam doesn't deliver the goods. \r\nDeliberate Fraud \u2013 Avoid This Nightmare!\r\nThis company is the epitome of fraud and bad faith. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this seller! My experience was an absolute nightmare and serves as a stark warning to unsuspecting consumers.\r\n\r\nI purchased a MacBook Pro M1, advertised as being in \"excellent condition\" and at a competitive price. What did I receive? An outdated Intel i7 model in terrible condition, worth less than half of what I paid. This wasn\u2019t a \u201clogistical error\u201d \u2013 it\u2019s a well-orchestrated scam designed to deceive customers. When I raised the issue, they refused to send the correct product I had paid for, all while continuing to run the same misleading ads online to trap more victims.\r\n\r\nCustomer support? Nonexistent. Their so-called \"support\" is a black hole of frustration, deliberately structured to wear down customers. The company's responses to complaints are blatantly false, but I have all the documentation to prove otherwise. Only after intervention from Refurbed\u2019s management was I able to secure a refund. Without this external help, I would have been left completely helpless.\r\n\r\nFurthermore, this company actively attempts to suppress negative reviews on Trustpilot, which is deeply concerning. It's no coincidence that so many one-star reviews describe experiences identical to mine. This only underscores the gravity of their fraudulent practices.\r\n\r\nThis seller isn\u2019t just dishonest \u2013 they\u2019re criminal. Don\u2019t be lured in by their low prices and enticing promises. If you buy from them, you will be scammed and treated with utter contempt. "Disastrous after-sales service\r\nDisastrous after-sales service, I have purchased several times from Sklum, and I have always had incidents for one reason or another. I'm not worried about damage, but I am worried about their after-sales service. The last case I bought a piece of furniture a few months ago, I went back to the website and bought the same one, same photos, there was no difference in the photos, exactly the same, before it said color 'black' and now 'charcoal black', but the photos were the same exactly. The order arrives and the new furniture is dark gray, very different from the previous one, the color is a lot different. I tell them that the photos on the website should have been changed, that they lead to errors, and even more so if they call the new color almost the same. They accept my return but I pay the return costs (delivery costs). I complain to them and they have not paid any attention to me. I will file a complaint with consumption Office. They are arrogant and do not admit any fault. I won't buy again. It is very unfair that when buying online they make a mistake (they do not change the photos of the new color) and I have to pay the return costs.\r\n\r\nSklum contacts me via email to tell me the same thing, they are not going to refund the return costs.... A lot of words, sorry but we keep the money for the return costs, they still don't acknowledge the error, not even mentioning the fact that they should have changed the photos on the website to avoid giving space to error.\r\n\r\nI honestly will not buy again and recommend not doing so. A company are people, and I choose much more reliable people."
