“I was amazed to see the amount and diversity of all the products your company carries. So much to look through and so many good things that interested me which usually doesn't happen. I must have spent a good 2 hours browsing through every section. I purchased a gift for someone else and when the holidays are over I'll be back on the website ordering things for myself. I haven't received the order yet, I know exactly where it is and when it will be here. I am truly impressed with the website.”

“I paid extra for shipping so my package would be here in 1-3 days, that did not happen nor did I get my shipping part refunded. Why offer quicker shipping then if I am not going to receive it on time, that to is apart of customer service.”
