I show you ordered a ring on 05 Mar 2022 19:24:55. 1900 hours is 7:00pm. The 5th of March was a Saturday and the cutoff for same day shipping is 2:00pm. So you ordered FIVE HOURS AFTER THE POST OFFICE HAS DONE THEIR FINAL PICKUP FOR THE DAY. The next day is Sunday and the Post Office does not pick or deliver on Sundays. So your order was shipped the next business day which was Monday the 7th. Today would be business day 10 not 3 weeks. I do agree that is way to long but for you to leave us a 1 star review ruining our reputation without even contacting us is uncalled for. No text, email or a phone call from you. Have you even reached out to the Post Office to see where your pcakge is? Tracking #: 9400111298370771606790 And yes we do offer a 25% off if you are willing to keep the other item. You simply enter the code RETURN like the website states. You chose not to enter anything but again it is our fault I guess.
