We ship the same-day you order as long as the order is placed before 2pm Mountain time. The post office does a last pick up at our office at 2pm. You ordered at 3:36pm on Saturday which is an hour and thirty-six minutes after the last pickup. The following day is a Sunday and the Post Office does not pickup on Sundays so the next business day was yesterday (Monday) and your package was shipped.

Curious why you would leave us a 1-star review when your package has not even been delivered? You ordered last Monday April 10th @ 4:38pm MST which is 2 hours and 38 minutes AFTER the daily pickup from the post office so your package was shipped out the very next day which was Tuesday the 11th.
