“I ordered a chain and pendant . The chain is ok but the pendant won’t fit on the chain! Chain is not long enough as well. Wanted to return but no response so I’m keeping both.”

Very sorry you do not like the chain. You ordered the pendant and chain separate. If you would have contacted us we would have suggested the correct chain. As far as the chain not being long enough you ordered a 24" and that is what was shipped. Please send us an email and we can recommend the correct chain for that pendant.

“I stumbled upon this site. I had been at another site that is quite expensive. I decided to see how this site and the jewelry stacked up. I bought the grim reaper pendant and the tribal skull pendant. when they arrived I was blown away at the quality of both pendants. it exceeded what I was expecting. I was 100% happy with my purchase.
