“I paid extra for shipping so my package would be here in 1-3 days, that did not happen nor did I get my shipping part refunded. Why offer quicker shipping then if I am not going to receive it on time, that to is apart of customer service.”

“Ordered many times b4, never a problem, this particular order was not. Had hard time ordering, 4 attempts kept getting caught in a loop from PayPal to your billing sending me back and forth, and then pkg not here by by expected delivery date ,Saturday, leaving for airport now and need to buy a gift when I get there very poor this transaction”

“Bought a Shark tooth ring, looked like a cool chunky, thick "claw" in picture. Turns out "tooth" was off set to the side and flat. Very cheap looking. Threw it away.”

“Every time I've ordered from your company I've had issues with ring sizes and now with a $20 pendant which is why I will no longer to support your company and stick to this new one who has the same designs as your one of a kind!”

We stand behind everything we sell. Please send the pendant back for a refund or exchange. Let me also mention that when you called you said you had ordered "a cross pendant." Your last order was for this item: https://skulljewelry.com/mystery/ There is a video there that clearly states we are done with our events for the year and instead of putting items back in inventory and taking pictures etc we were going to blow all these pendants our with necklaces for only $20. BUT because we do not have these inventoried and some items are the last items in stock everyone would be receiving a RANDOM pendant and necklace. Not sure how you missed this as it was clear in the video and none of our other customers have had any issues with these pendants and necklaces but again please send it back for a refund or exchange.

Curious why you would leave us a 1-star review when your package has not even been delivered? You ordered last Monday April 10th @ 4:38pm MST which is 2 hours and 38 minutes AFTER the daily pickup from the post office so your package was shipped out the very next day which was Tuesday the 11th. “I purchased a bracelet that was advertised at 9 inches. I thought..great. I have an 8 1/2 inch wrist. Well i get it. and find out it is only 8 inches long.. they added buckle length to it to make it seem longer.. but the buckle takes an inch away.. This should have been pointed out.. I sent it back ....very very disappointed.”
