I received the order and it's beautiful unfortunately I received the wrong size.

I have to say I'm disappointed in the ring I purchased. The picture on the website made this look like a nice, full, solid ring. But upon receiving it its very small and not at all what the site represents. This ring was sent in the wrong size and is very small flimsy. The kind of ring I'd expect in a mall kiosk or fair. Definitely not the $30+ I spent on it. I'm now nervous about purchasing anything else. I was really looking forward to this ring!

Skull warrior turns finger black Customer service did not respond.

Dexter where did you try to contact us? I searched for your email and do not see anything from you about the Skull warrior ring. The warrior ring is not coated as some of the other rings are. We left the coating off so it was more of a flat matte finish. After a few times wearing the ring the flat color will stop coming off. The folks in shipping should have put a notice on that ring, very sorry if they forgot.

Order was for a size 11 Mason skull ring and received a size 15 and can not see how to exchange it for size 11.

This is the 4th bracelet I have ordered and all of them fall apart ar about 4 to 6 months of wear. I hope the quality picks up. I like them but would really love to have it more reliable

Within one week the chain broke in the middle 1 of the pins broke and fell off And my boyfriend had to turn around in traffic as he was riding to go find it

You ordered on May 29th, the next day was May 30th which was Memorial Day and the Post Office was closed so the package was shipped May 31st.

Selections are always good.. But my most recent order was a day late and wrong item.. This has happened twice and I'm not wasting my time returning the item.. I will just stop ordering..
