Unfortunately the ring was bigger than another 9 size ring I have. There are sharp edges on it also. My next order will arrive Thursday. Hopefully it will be of better quality and fit. Half sizes would be nice.

It is Monday morning @ 10:55am here in Utah. You placed your order on Friday at 8:57pm so your order was shipped on Saturday so it would be almost impossible for the Post Office to have delivered your order that fast. I bought a skill ring that had the number 13 on it. It is tiny and one can hardly make out the number - it looked bigger in the picture. Also, it was suggested that I get a size 10, since I’m a 9.5 and it doesn’t come in half sizes. It’s too big. Now I have to pay to have it resized. Not an ideal situation.

Had a couple of items in cart. Left them for a day. Received email offering an additional 15 percent off. Tried using the offer but would not accept the code. Only one code per order. Why send an offer if you don't honor it.it is frustrating and turning me off.

You folks gave me $10.37 in VIP MONEY. NATURALLY what I wanted was .20 UNDER your $25 minimum for me to use my discount. Then after I bought my ring, you send me better deals to buy more. I love your jewelry but that game was NOT COOL.

I ordered a chain and pendant . The chain is ok but the pendant won’t fit on the chain! Chain is not long enough as well. Wanted to return but no response so I’m keeping both.

Very sorry you do not like the chain. You ordered the pendant and chain separate. If you would have contacted us we would have suggested the correct chain. As far as the chain not being long enough you ordered a 24" and that is what was shipped. Please send us an email and we can recommend the correct chain for that pendant.

We ship the same-day you order as long as the order is placed before 2pm Mountain time. The post office does a last pick up at our office at 2pm. You ordered at 3:36pm on Saturday which is an hour and thirty-six minutes after the last pickup. The following day is a Sunday and the Post Office does not pickup on Sundays so the next business day was yesterday (Monday) and your package was shipped.

Was having issues with app nd ordering, called left message 3-4days ago now-no response Got order to finially wrk but after receiving owl pendant w/necklace that pops up as a suggestion but after recieved the necklace that u recommended, it's no where close to evn fitting the pendent..ordered pitbull pendent few months back n tried to order same recommended necklace but didn't wrk🤷‍♂️ but glad it didn't cuz that same necklace wnt evn fit that pendent. Now I gotta find 2neklaces to wrk with both pendent that can't b worn yet nd ones a gift for valentine's day..

My only issue is that I placed an order for the KR skull ring. Didn't get the option of selecting a size. Now I have a size 7 coming and I'm a 13/14. What I gonna do with that? Pinky? Otherwise, you were very fast at getting the order shipped and the tracking is good. I just have a problem with the ordering process. There should be failsafes, in place, to prompt size selection. Just a suggestion.

the last ring I bought was great to look at but very hard to wear, much too bulky on the sides so I'm going to use it (if it's not too heavy ) as a neckerchief slide.
