“Sky is the worst company out there for gambling.. it’s like going to McDonald’s to get your hair cut. Would you expect McDonald’s to do a good job on your hair?? Sky will ignore you. Sky won’t even reply to your complaints. Sky will say things like, and I quote “think of gambling like Peter robbing Paul” or “gaming is a coin flip” some you win some you lose, but when you lose 150 coin flips on the trot and question sky about the odds of losing that many coin flips in a row then you will be ignored. They hide behind the governments motto of when the fun stops stop, so they will use that message to force you away and make you feel unequal. There even getting beat in there specialist subject of sports, by are taking all the good stuff. Sky died years ago, they are just taking the last few pence of you people before they are gone for good. Chose a bookmaker to gamble with, and sky to watch the simpsons.”

“I've noticed that during the pandemic that the payouts have been really bad 👎plus you can complain to anyone just your live chat people which really don't help while your losing thousands. The reels seem sticky they stall at strange times games take a lot more money to get wins no matter what your stake is. Its noticeably noticed by your loyal customers.why are you not able to take calls ??? People are working from home why aren't you 🤔 I've been with your company for years I'm very disappointed with your changes I'm sure this is so the pandemic does affect you, bad for your customers though 👎”

“They offer you a promotion of spend £10 and get 200 free spins, once you spend the £10 you then have to send proof of literally everything you could possible send, photo proof of- bank statements, utility bills, phone bills, drivers license, bank cards. Surprised they didn't want proof of my insurance on my washing machine.”

“After betting and winning I came to withdraw and my account got suspended I contacted support and they have said I have had my account permanent suspended and I cannot have another account with then for no reason at all totally stupid.”
