Sky mobile will not allow you to remove parental controls, and thus access your full SIM functionality (which you have paid for), unless you have a credit card, or have a credit agreement with them. I have neither and offered a passport / mortgage documents to prove i am an adult. This back and forth via approx a dozen emails and calls resulted in sky saying its their policy and nothing can be done. I asked for it to be raised as a formal complaint to their policy / management team. This took several more emails and calls and they eventually said the complaint would be raised and then immediately marked as resolved, as nothing could be done. This is a frustrating outcome and its a silly policy that allows no way to prove your adulthood apart from essentially getting into debt via a credit card, or getting a credit agreement. Customer service was polite, but kept going in circles in an effort to simply wear you down. Pretty poor show sky!

I was having issues with my sky q mini boxes there was a message coming up on my tv screen saying issues no satellite connection rang sky the put me in touch with terry the technician omg how helpful was he he video called and after 2and half hours he fixed the problem one amazing man deserves a medal THANK YOU TERRY for your amazing helpđź‘Ť

Shambolic treatment of a vulnerable lady who couldn’t afford a subscription anymore, bombarding me with threatening letters, even though I gave them all the notice required they charge me £802 now, which is let me in financial hardship and caused me. No end of suffering, avoid them like the plague there’s plenty of other great TV companies out there no wonder they are losing customers

Oh dear. 22 years with Sky. Diamond VIP: none of it means a thing. I have wasted over 3 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue started with one of their advisors putting me into an unsuitable contract. I’m afraid our relationship is over and I am now referring the matter to small claims court. I am not sure why they now have such an unreliable customer service team. The representatives all appear very helpful but promises of return calls fail to materialise and undertakings to offer a resolution are not honoured. I would urge anyone with similar issues to take legal action to at least air the matter.

No reception when it rains when rain stops still none come on sky whats going on i pay hours for no reception should be some kind of discount or free movie of your choice nothing for free these days give us a deal for what we pay for

I got Barry in Retention’s and I have to admit, he was excellent. He called me every time on time, and broke barriers to get me a new deal on my package which was better than what I expected. I also dealt with Andrea who was brilliant fixing my sky VIP. She was polite and called me every time she said she would. I am with sky over 10 years, and due to the impeccable service from Barry and might I also add Andrea, i am happy to stay with sky. It’s understandable there can be bad experiences with any service provider but this shouldn’t reflect on all the individuals in the job. My sky tv has never had issue and I found any time I needed to contact them, albeit longs waits, they were courteous and accommodating. Thanks Barry for flawless service and thanks Andrea for sticking with it when I was having issues.

I have been a sky customer in excess of 10 years (broadband). Always paid by direct debit & never missed a payment. I called on 24/11/22 to terminate my account as i had moved to Virgin. Was told services would stop on 08/12/2022 due to 14 day notice period as i am out of contract. Sky have since taken two further payments from my account in December 22 and January 23. They said due to a system glitch it is preventing cancelation of my account. trying to find someone who speaks English there to resolve my problem is a challenge!!.. Still no closer to receiving my money back.

Sky are absolutely shocking, we have had an ongoing issue scince last November and have regularly spent hours on the phone getting passed about between appartments with no success at all. Managers promise to phone you back and never, ever do. Do Not Buy From Sky.

My elderly mother is been ripped off every year as Sky just take more money without any notice, I am an the account but they will not take calls, I even write letters to them to try and make contact. They are a joke - only in Ireland would it not be illegal to take monye out without notifiying the customer beforehand.

Posted on behalf of my son who moved into his new Northants house in late December. Sky failed to turn up for the Broadband installation in the days before Christmas and then missed the second appointment today with no prior notice and a 4-week wait for the next appointment. AVOID !!!!!

Where do I start, been a loyal customer of SKY for 15 years but not for much longer if they don’t improve their service absolutely shocking, reported a fault with one of the 2 iPhone contracts I have with back in October I have been back & forth for over 2 months & spent over 5 hours over the phone to which I have now have to wait up to another 4-6 weeks that’s if goes smoothly which I’m not holding my breath before the phone will have be repaired after their repair agent sent it back unrepaired because the IME did not match, after another hour & half yesterday on the phone SKY confirmed the number was correct & couldn’t understand why they sent it back, any decent company which SKY use to be would just send me another new phone because how long I waited but NO. Please anyone reading this that’s looking for new phone contract avoid SKY at all costs WORSE COMPANY AT THERE.

Opted for Sky in Oct. It's now almost Xmas, with still no Internet or TV. They actually took over my neighbour's telephone line, leaving them without internet. Since then i have just been played of to Openreach. Will never use Sky again and i advise against anyone else to do so.

Just keeping it short and simple terrible internet basically just giving them free money because the internet they provide is constantly never working I’ve being with nearly ever company and sky is by far the worst AVOID

I have to give a star to write a review but I wouldn’t even give that! Sky stream with remotes that don’t work and is known to sky and what do they do.. false promises that my remote since 12th November! I now have 2 broken remotes and still not 1 has arrived! Been passed to escalations and all they say is they agree the service is appalling and apologise.. that’s no good to me when I can’t watch sky! 4 weeks on Saturday.. I got told to not go with virgin.. I wish someone told me not to go with sky either as I never would have if I had known I was dealing with this and the terrible customer service they have provided to date! Shambles to say the least!!!

Absolutely descusting rude and disrespectful customer service rip off aswell would never get sky not worth the money at all there tv is so boaring and not worth the money repeated shows all time over charged rubbish fire stick would be more interesting don’t get drawn in by sky glass aswell just another rip off gadget. Money grabbing horrible firm I hope they go into liquidation asap with there tacky dishes and there high prises 👎🏻 you get harassed to upgrade 24/7 there’s more better things to spend you hard earned cash on I rate sky minus 0 out of 10

all i need is to add a new sky box to my account and i was told it would cost ÂŁ100 pounds and the man on the there end was so rude this name is NETESH he said he was a manager i will not be with sky for much longer.
