Worst company from my last experience for helping a customer of 25 years. Now they won’t help me with price increases even though I told them I haven’t the money to afford. Terrible customer service and can’t wait to be out of contract unfortunately not for another 12 months. AVOID SKY. Totally profit orientated now

The worst company for customer service and to get hold of. My Sky has not been working properly for past year. Also tried cancel sky sports package. They make it so difficult. Cannot get hold of anyone. Extortionate charges. Very poor service.

I wish I could give minus stars... My broadband was meant to be set up 24th March. It took them good couple weeks after the date to announce that they can’t complete my order and it’s getting canceled. My option - to create another order with installation date 3 weeks away. Open reach was blamed, however no communication or explanation came from Sky either. Person I spoke to said he will take it under his control. And second person as well... Guess what? The date came and went. Couple weeks later, yet again, I received a message that my order cannot be completed and I need to call. When I did, the person on the phone said my order is getting canceled and we need to place another one. Yet again. I said I want to escalate as it’s getting ridiculous. No explanation why this is happening either. Got a call (eventually) from escalation team. Was offered to place another order with installation date another 3 weeks away )))) Decided I've had enough of them and not going to wait any longer only to be told again that they cannot complete my order and have to cancel it. With no explanation. Obviously, no internet affected my whole household including children. But do they care? Of cause not. Attention of trading standards is necessary, as Sky have no idea about what customer service is and do not keep their promises leaving customer waiting for nothing for months. The third date for the order would’ve been 28th May. How unprofessional...

Everything is wrong with Sky! Charges too high. A fool, been with them +20 years! They advised going with Sky Q. DO NOT EVER HAVE SKY Q.! Absolute nightmare, handset impossible, NOT intuitive, buttons placed everywhere, without thought. Click 6 times to find BBC 1 more for 2, etc. Click on, down, left, down, across, across, across. Is this what you want, each time? No.

After having talk talk for years I went with skyQ package to try. OMG. So disappointed. Had my grandchildren staying and there was absolutely nothing for them to watch . Shocking! Without paying extra divers. I am so regretting my decision. Now I have to wait 18 months.

This is the second time I have tried to use SKY, there won't be a third. The programmes they offer are great and the customer service team are all really pleasant. Unfortunately the hardware itself (SKY Q box and mini-box) is the most unstable piece of garbage I have ever come across and is totally not fit for purpose. It regularly stops recording series when it feels like it so I keep missing episodes of my favourite shows. On average the main box looses internet connection every 48 hours while the mini box has connectivity around once or twice a month if I'm lucky. I've spent half my life reconnecting the boxes and on the phone with Sky and despite several promises of compensation for the loss of service I have received nothing from them but worthless apologies. We are planning a move soon and when we do SKY will be left behind for good this time. Totally sick of their garbage product!!

The whole product is terrible, there's nothing to watch and if there's occasionally something decent to download they are saying I need to upgrade my subscription, even though the show isn't necessarily new or on a upgraded channel, I mean the package is already costing myself 60+ pound per month and is an absolute rip off,been getting away with murder for years, I would strongly recommend you don't get sky, they just get you into contracts and you get forgotten about, absolutely no benefits for being a long standing customer

I’m not interested in sports outside Formula 1, and yet I have to buy an entire Sky TV Sports package for £34 per month minimum (through NOW TV) just to watch Formula 1, which I can’t afford. So I just can’t watch it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour - Sky should be ashamed of themselves for owning the monopoly and making this inaccessible to normal people.

Earlier this evening my mini box wasn't working,rang sky and spoke to a lovely man who helped by talking me through what to check and then how to fix the problem.He was very polite,helpful and very patient as it took a while to fix! It is now working ok,thankyou to the person who helped( can't remember his name,but it was around 5ish) I can't fault the service I received,all good.

Uncommunicative by email. Bought 2 samsung phones with a speaker promotion - limited time offer and never received them. Samsung just as bad at dealing with complaint

Never trust them there tech people don't know what they doing I had to get someone else out who sorted the problem in less than 2 mins there brood and is shocking bt is better and cheaper

Dreadful. We spend a fortune monthly and have no value for money. Wifi is patchy and we frequently spend hours a week unplugging and resetting routers/Q boxes trying to get a better signal. We are supposed to get 80MBs but routinely get 1.4MBs. When we ring up, we are told that its because we have too many devices. This is the 21st century - everyone is working from home and everyone has a couple of laptops, mobiles, nest and X boxes. If these cant be supported in the current world, then it isnt fit for purpose.

Been with SKY for far to long. Signed up on a lie. No moral compass as a company. Seems like everything is target driven. Customer care team rubbish. Was on the phone for over four hours last week & unable to resolve my problem. They don’t care about there customers just there profits. Prices just keep going up. Basic passage £500 a year. Never use the landline. A lot of money for not much. My advice is don’t give them the time of day. Everything that is wrong with the world is SKY.

Sky FTTP is utter rubbish. It says alot when their FTTC is better than FTTP steer clear of their FTTP it is shocking. They won't fix it because 55 ping is in their parameters It's meant to be FTTP my old copper line was better than this rubbish cannot wait to leave Sky!
