Can somebody from management please contact me in relation to my numerous requests for the photo and video package my daughter paid for and hasn’t received after 10 days. My calls are not making any headway and all I get told is they’ll be sent. Booking number: 191860. My next step if this isn’t resolved is Consumer Protection and my member of Parliament.
