This might be the worst taxi service in the country. I booked a taxi from Asda at 10.47 on the 19th May and was told they would send one straight away, by 11.15 there was still no sign of it so I tried to phone them back and they never answered the phone. I got the person I was with to phone them and was told they hadn't even dispatched it but I would get a text when they did, that text never came so we decided to walk after missing 2 trains. Every so often one of their drivers would ask where I was going and when I would tell them I wanted to go to the trains station they would just say no but in different ways, so they are not only terrible at their only job of providing taxi services they also have the rudest drivers. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

Precooked a car a week in advance. Multiple problems in getting confirmations, terrible customer service and the day of the car never came. Their approach to customer service was to ignore the phones. Many people were stranded for several hours.

Unreliable. Pickup from LHR arranged. Car arrived 45 minutes late, claiming ‘traffic’ problems on the M25. Despatch originally claimed the driver was close by dropping off another passenger and would be 20 minutes (when already 10 minutes late). When I spoke to the driver it was clear he wasn’t close by and wasn’t dropping off another passenger, he was just late.

This company is horrendous…. The people hate working there, the customer service is shocking, they turn up when they want… if at all and charge you extra for supply and demand!….. this company preys on the vulnerable and takes advantage of those trying to make a living!…. Some of the stories from the drivers have been disgusting! Never using this company again and advising others to do the same…..

After coming to our property for the last 7 years skyline taxis still fail to find our house every time. We always mention that it is slightly difficult to find however they don’t even consider this and then when they turn up at the wrong place there attitude towards this is appalling. You will never end up when you want to go with this pathetic taxi service. Poor excuse for a taxi service

This Service is absolutely disgraceful 40 minutes late and a awful driver with a bad attitude who can’t follow simple instructions do NOT use this service

Very poor service from this Company. Ordered two Cabs only one showed. Chased twice and was told the other was on its way each time. Car arrived nor did the Dispatch notification. Staff were clearly not interested. Simply left us stranded so luckily another company were available. Would not use this company again.

NEVER BOOK THIS SERVICE. Taxi did not show up, didn’t answer the phone, left me stranded (woman alone) at nighttime.

If you are not satisfied with the cab service to yourself of any ill-treatment and feel you are at risk with the service that is provided which includes the requirement of any disability and your needs, you have the right to contact your Northampton Council where these self-employed drivers get their License if this warrants your case. I feel some of these drivers are not fit to have a license serving the public. My daughter was left on the M1 Motorway with her friends when they travel to Northampton to spend the weekend with a friend who moved from London they traveled back to the Hilton Hotel there was a diversion back to the Hotel this was his problem ( the skyline driver) so he said he is going no further, a maintenance worker eventually stopped him, he never knew where he was going, the workman was adamant he was not leaving them because of the Danger. I emailed the Council in the borough who gives these self employed drivers their licence to serve the public and to the obvious of Safety to their customer that is not to put them in danger. Absolutely diabolical service - a company that takes your booking, arrives 40 minutes after the booked time despite being chased twice as to where the taxi's are. All great when communication is about using their services, but all quiet when you make a complaint and request a explanation. I would suggest staying well clear of this company.

Review to u Mr John, Happy you had a Great journey… and the lottery ticket that you got lucky with your driver … looking here, most review is disgusting regards, the drivers here know who to take on. Abuse to young females at this Skyline taxis and people who are vulnerable their licences should be revoked especially you who work here Regarding Skyline Taxis Driver Registration Number: 2060 at Local Taxis Northampton, The Old Granary NN4 8HP Car Registration Number: BX15OHV White Toyota Prius Hybrid Registered Tax in November 2021. My 18-year-old daughter and her 3 friends who are 17 years old decided to travel to Northampton as their trip away, they are sensible, academics that are confidence in their self and are knowledgeable within awareness of their surroundings. The Cab Driver was talking in another language on his Phone to someone at the time of their journey back to the hotel, the driver did not know where he was going and he never had no device on him only his mobile, he had no satnav to support him as a cab driver which is normal for a cab driver to have to allow access for drivers on their journeys. When the driver got to the M1 there was a diversion, he explained to my daughter and her friends that it is a 5 minutes’ walk to their hotel, he told them to get out of the car at the side of the M1 Motorway and that he is not going any further. The entire area on the motorway was in complete Darkness there was no Lights, he expressed to my daughter to get out of the car knowing my daughter got scared especially the 17-year-olds at the back of the Car. My daughter was shaken and worried what is happening, why is he leaving them and more importantly it was so Dangerous for these girls. A workman maintenance man beeped his truck horn at the cab driver when he left them at the motorway and the Maintenance workman jumped out of his truck to stop him he told him there is no way you can leave them at the motorway as it is dangerous and was a 40-50 minutes’ walk across the motorway to the hotel, after the cab driver was forced to take my daughter and friends back into his car he charged them another fee for their journey to their hotel.

Booked a taxi for 0530. Chased twice and lied to that taxi was on the way. Taxi despatched at 0550 but then he turned around en route to my house

The service and actually taxi drivers over the last 3 months are awful and rude. I would never use them again or recommend them !

An absolute disgrace people should avoid this rip off company they just charged my daughter well above the cab fair they see her as an easy target because she has special needs and so does her daughter that was with her ,please do not use theses ,they should be closed down

Disgusting service. Try to rip customers off. Charge you when the car isn't moving and the meter is moving up very very quickly. I asked the driver to stop the car so I could pay and order another taxi from a different taxi service and he would not stop the car. I said that I would pay the meter amount and want to get out but would not stop. He said he would charge the price I normally charge from a different taxi company. Avoid this company!!!!!!

People, customers you have every right to take the driver's details registration number, or car number plate call 0300 126 7000 your local council who authorize their license depending on what area of Northampton call licensing taxi driver to complain or online. Skyline Cabs has no competitive business such as Uber or Bolts offering competition for you guys in Northamptonshire for a service you deserve with respect and your needs to be addressed. Still awaiting the Manager's phone call for an update on the treatment of my daughter on the M1 Motorway left in the darkness no lights to see after the Skyline cab driver force her out of the car because of diversion did not know where you was going, did you?. Thank you to the Maintenance worker who came to help my daughter and her friend.

My young 18 year old daughter and 3 17 year old Friends travelled from London on the 11th February 2022 and booked in at The Hilton Hotel, they went into Town for a meal and ordered a skyline cab on the 12th from Wellingborough Road NN1 4DN. There was a road closure on M1 Motorway on the way back to The Hilton Hotel and not only was Driver Registration No:2060 talking in his own language He did not know Where the hell he was going, Left my daughter and her friends at the side of the M1 Motorway he ordered them to get out of the car saying he is not going any further. They were completely scared and frightened in the dark and they completely was in Shock and horror of what happened. There is no Lights on that motorway. It was a 40-50 minutes he expected my daughter and friends to walk on the motorway to get back to the Hilton Hotel. YOU are Disgusting human being to do that to young girls, You are not Fit to drive any human being anywhere and SkyLine Taxis you are also responsible for safeguarding young Girls and any Members of the public…hopefully the Police will deal with your self employed Drivers they are of criminals behaviour. Do Not trust these drivers who from this company.
