“ I booked by phone acar for 10 luggage to the airport i dont know how he heared 7 luggage and send acar fit 5 luggages to solve this problem they said they will send another car but they late It was v bad service ”

I then called the customer service and she said yeah the taxi will take another 15 minutes. No apologies or nothing. I then was like I am late already no update from u so I wld have even called my work to update them. Then she said I can make a complaint to the office then. Like 😳 ”
